1. Platform and Eligibility
Orebit Labs provides account, investment, profit, referral and transaction-management features. Users must provide accurate information and satisfy applicable legal eligibility requirements.
2. Investment Packages
Current packages are Launch $10, Starter $20, Builder $50, Growth $100, Advanced $500, Premium $1,000, Elite $5,000 and Diamond $10,000. Package Daily Profit may be configured within 0.30%–1.00%. Maximum payout is capped at 2× the applicable package amount. Displayed rates and maximum payout limits are not a guarantee that a particular return will be achieved.
3. Deposits
Deposits use BEP-20 / BNB Smart Chain. Users are responsible for using the supported network and correct destination information.
4. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are entered in USDT equivalent value and approved payouts are made in ZK Delta token on Polygon/POL. Minimum withdrawal is 10 USDT equivalent. Requests from 10 through 20 USDT inclusive carry a 1 USDT fee deducted before conversion; requests above 20 USDT have no withdrawal fee. The applicable ZK Delta Withdrawal Conversion Rate is shown before submission and recorded with the transaction. The default rate is 1 ZK Delta = 0.25 USDT equivalent and may be updated by Orebit Labs. It is not a guaranteed external market price.
5. Refund / Cancellation
Refund/cancellation eligibility applies only to Growth $100 and larger packages, after 30 days and no later than 200 days from activation. An approved refund is based on eligible principal plus 50% of eligible earned Daily Profit, less a 2 USDT processing fee. Settlement remains subject to review and reconciliation of account activity.
6. Referral Program
Referral commissions are based on qualifying Daily Profit activity, not directly on investment principal, and are not deducted from the referred client’s Daily Profit. Referral eligibility and rates are governed by the Referral Program Terms.
7. Security and Records
Withdrawal submission requires email OTP verification. Users are responsible for protecting passwords, email access and wallet credentials. Orebit Labs maintains transaction records and may review suspicious activity.
8. Risk and Regulatory Notice
Financial and digital-asset activity involves risk. Orebit Labs does not currently represent itself as a licensed, regulated, authorized or government-approved investment or financial-services provider. Company registration and relevant authorization/regulatory processes are currently described as being in process.
