Launch $10, Starter $20 and Builder $50 are not eligible. Growth $100, Advanced $500, Premium $1,000, Elite $5,000 and Diamond $10,000 are eligible subject to this policy.
Refund Window
An eligible request may be made after 30 days from purchase/activation and no later than 200 days.
Approved Amount
An approved refund is based on 100% of eligible principal plus 50% of eligible earned Daily Profit, less a 2 USDT processing fee.
Review and Reconciliation
Refund settlement is subject to account review and reconciliation, including relevant transaction history. This policy does not automatically rewrite completed historical transactions or promise automatic settlement without review.
